23 day cruise February 4, 2012 with stops in Hong kong, Taiwan, Shanghai disembarking in Beijing

Please advise whatt kind of visa application I should I take with me to the San Francisco consulate with my passport? In February 2012, we will be in Taiwan for 2 days, Shanghai for 2 and Beijing for a total of 5 days.

You just need to apply for a double entry tourist visa to China. You don't need a visa to Hong Kong or Taiwan. Now, it is too early to apply now. Please apply for visa in late December or early January.

Please take your valid passport, one completed visa application form V.2011A affixed with one passport photo, the crusie itinerary.
