I'm called Princewill, a Cameroonian citizen currently studying in Australia and i will like to go to the Cameroonain embassy in Beijing to get a renewal of my Cameroonian Passport. what visa type should i be applying for from Australia?

A tourist visa is fine for you to travel to Beijing. But are you sure the  Cameroonian in Australia should go to Beijing to get the new passport? Every embassy has its consular jurisdiction and you should confirm with your embassy which consular jurisdiction Australia belongs to.
