Where can I arrange for van rental to accomodate nine passengers to do a basic city tour of Macau?

We are a group of nine with one senior who is wheelchair bound. Where can I arrange for van rental to accomodate nine passengers to do a basic city tour of Macau? We are also planning to watch "House of Dancing Waters" where is it cheaper to buy tickets for the nine persons ( 2 seniors, 1 student). Is there a discount? Do discounts apply to tourists as well.
