What documents are rquired for the director of my company and me to visit China?

hi, i am working in a company and am planning to visit china with the director of my company. What documents are required for us? would there seperate visa notice (original) be required for both of us? and is it necessary to obtain visa notice? as we already have got invitation letter from the company in china. Is it not enough.......?

So you are going to apply for business visas? If so, both of you need original invitation or confirmation letter (used to be called Visa Notice) from an authorized government organization like the local foreign affairs office in China. NTC Certificate Copy
Chamber Member ship Certificate Copy
Bank Statement

more better to include these papers also if you are fresh candidate (1st time to go China)
