You can take the airport express train to Kowloon. Then you can take the free hotel shuttle to the hotel. Well, you'd better call you hotel to confirm about this. If not, you'd better catch a taxi to the hotel from Kowloon Station since it is not far.
Airport Express Travel Pass is an Octopus Card with either one or two Airport Express single journey(s) plus 3 consecutive days of unlimited travel on MTR (except Airport Express, East Rail Line First Class, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau). You can not use it on buses in HK.
