harbin's temperature when visiting harbin's ice world?

Are we going to be given a special coat when visiting Harbin's Ice World? Is the location of Ice World far from city of Harbin? Is there going to be any temperature differences in places e.g. Song Hua river, Sun Island, and Ice World? How cold Harbin is going to be on Dec? Thanks

No, you need to prepare for warm clothes yourself. It is not far from the city of Harbin.  The temperature is similar at those places at that time. The usual average tempertaure is about -20~-9C in Harbin in Dec.  Itis extremely cold.
