can i get working visago for work in china?

1 months before i was work in china in xining city with business f visa , i got f visa from mumbay for 3 months. i went in xining city EAST LAKE HOTEL for work as a doorman, before i came china the owner told me, 1st you get f visa for come here after we give you working z visa . but there after 2 months chinese police as per low they cancelled my f visa and they give me 10 days visa for go back india before 25 sep 2011. but i want go back in china for work , so my question is if i get new work and they provide me from here working z visa or if they no option and again they giving me f visa , then i can get any 1 visa ( z or f ) . i mean can i go again for work in china. ( i mean to say there is any problem with chinese embessy like that my before visa cancelled so how can i get new visa . ) please reply me .

The cancelled visa on your passport will have influence on your next visa application. If you still works as a doorman when you return to China, it is impossible for you to get a work visa (Z visa) because the hotel can't get the alien employement license from the Human Resources & Social Security Bureau.   The bachelor degree is required for alien employement license application.

thank you ryan replying me, but can you tell me , once   my f visa cancelled , and now  i am at home in india  but again i want go china for work and if i got onther job in diffrent city and if they provide from  there Z visa documents then i can apply for z visa ? or   i have wait for some days for  apply  new visa ?

If the employee can provide the Z visa documents (Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit or Confirmation Letter of Invitation), you can apply for the Z visa. But it depends on the officer if they will give you the visa or not. As answered by Ryan, the cancellation of your previous visa will influence the application of your new visa. No matter how many days you wait, the officer will know your visa has once been cancelled.

ifs depenade of your cancelation. when officer cancel ur visa if they right and complane when they cancel ur visa. then so hard to get again. because before u have only f visa means business visa and you are working in hotel. that is anleagel activity.  now so hard to get visa again.
