Issuance of Chineese visit visa..?

I'm Mubarak Hassan from Pakistan. I obtain Chineese vist visa in Dec, 2007 but unfortunately! I couldn't avail the visa because I got an other assignment in Telecom company. As per the company policy, I was not eligible for vacation till probition of three months. So now I intend to visit the Chineese mainland in December. Can I apply for visa by courier.....?

You can't apply for China visa by courier. Generally applicants should appear in person with required documents, and may answer questions from the visa office.
