do u know is there a chance to get a morning bus to the mountain after staying overnight in one of them?how to arrange it and at which one it is better to stay?

I suggest you stay at Hongcun. There is morning bus to Yellow Mountain. As to the departure time, suggest you ask local people. It is said that the bus from Xidi to the moutain is in the afternoon.
