visa pick-up in embassy of north korea in beijing?

I will be arriving in Beijing this Friday October 14, 2011. I would like to know at what time the embassy is open on that Friday to pick up my pre-arranged visa. Unfortunately I don't think I can get there until the afternoon, is this still okay? I will fly to Pyongyang on Saturday's Oct 15, JS152 1300hr flight.
