hey,i would like to ask you is it possible to do both sites (caves and hanging tample) on one day using public transport ?is there a direct bus from datong to monastary and from datong to caves?thanks for your help!

Possible to see both of  them in one day, but there is no direct bus to the monastery and caves. Need to transfer bus bus, also no direct bus between them. So, you may think about hiring a taxi from Datong, 350-400RMB forround trip.
