Please give some suggestions on visiting huanglong first or jiuzhaigou's first from Chengdu

I will arrive at jiuzhaigou'airport at 3pm from shanghai. And I only have one way air ticket to jiuzhaigou's, so plan after the visit would take bus or train to Chengdu. So my question is should I visit huanglong first or jiuzhaigou's first? And should I get hotel close by huanglong for the first night or I can arrange three nights in jiuzhaigou? Because I would like to visit both huanglong park and jiuzhaigou park. Thanks for some ideas.
