About:Qin Dynasty

How were the soldiers covered with dirt?

How did it come to be that the soldiers were buried? Was this by natural means over the centuries or were they buried on purpose after the emperors death?

soon after his death, one of his generals snuck into the tomb, destroying much of the statues, and burying the tomb. destroying much of the work that had gone into the tomb.

He wanted an army to protect him as they did when he was alive, most likely to protect him from all the people he had killed.
