Will it be snowing in Harbin during Nov? What would be the temperature like in Nov? Attire to wear?

Hi. I'm planning a short trip in Harbin for about 3 to 4 days during mid Nov. Will it be snowing in Harbin in Nov? And what's the temperature like? Also, what kind of attire would be recommended?

maybe its heavy snowing if you are a lucky guy:-) ummm. attire. down coat outside .you should wear like an onion. then never get cold also never get hot! hah
