About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

Should the applicant be present to submit the application. Can someone else submit it

If two brothers are applying, can one apply on behalf of the other, while applying for himself. Should the applicant who is not present, forward letter permitting and/ or authorizing the other to apply on his behalf.

If two brothers are applying for China, one can submit visa application on the behalf of the other. The applicant who doesn't appear in the embassy doesn't need to forward letter permitting or authorizing the other to apply on his behalf. One can submit the two applications.
