I HAVE MY DIVORCE CERTIFICATION IN ORIGINAL AND TRANSLATED FROM SPANISH TO ENGLISH BY AN OFFICIAL TRANSLATOR.  IT HAS BEEN EXTENDED IN THE COUNTRY WHEN I MARRIED MY FORMER WIFEDO I MUST FILL UP AN SPECIAL FORM TO BE ABLE TO MARRY MY FIANCE IN CHINAI AM AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN

You need to get a A Single Status Certificate issued by Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages in the state where you reside and make it authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT)Office and its duplicate. The Divorce Certification in original and translated version also should be it authenticated by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT)Office. Then take the Single Status Certificate and Divorce Certification to China embassy/consulate according to consular districts to apply for authentication.
