school holidays of China 2012

What are the exact dates for the school winter holidays 2012 ? I think starting 16 January but when do they finish for students to return to school.
Particularly for College.

The starting date is not fixed, but different in different cities or even schools. Yes, it stars around Jan 14 and the winter holiday lasts 28 days.
