Can we apply for Hong Kong visa on arrival?

My husband is from Vietnam and travelling with me. Our flight is in 2 week time so he can't send his visa to hong kong for processing. Can he try to get a visa on arrival??

There is no Hong Kong visa on arrival. You should contact the Hong Kong Immigration Department directly to see if they can handle the problem for you.
