About:Chinese Consulate in Perth

If my husband has a criminal record from 10 yrs ago, does he need a visa? He's an Australian citizen

Your husband can apply for a China visa. Don't present the criminal background on the paper or in other situations while applying for the visa. It doesn't matter.
