About:Ice Lantern Garden Party

Need accommodation in Harbin at river end of Central St

Last year my husband and I stayed at the Quality Inn hotel but we found it too far to walk to the river.
WE would like to come and visit again .can you reccommend a hotel by the river near your central street.
When does the Lantern festival start.

What about the hotel rate? Here are some suggestion
The local Romantic Hotel, confort inn style, very close to Central Street, Zhaolin Park (Ice Lantern Festivel venue), and close to the river bank.
Breman Hotel is of the same level, not so close to Zhaolin Park, but within walking distance.
Songhuajiang Gloria Plaza Hotel, 4 star, nearby is the Songhuajiang Gloria business hotel, which is older, so choose Songhuajiang Gloria Plaza Hotel. It is just beside the river and connected to the end of Central Street. There are War-mart and Wanda Plaza nearby, convenient for shopping.
Holliday Inn City Center Hotel, next Central Steet, but need walk a few minutes to the river.
SHangri-La is on the river bank but a bit further to Central Street.
