You can reapply for China visa again, the invitation letter with confirmation from Chinese government is very helpful for you to get a visa.

As I Know, a Filipino applied for a tourist visa to China and he was denied, one week later, he applied it again and got a China tourist visa.

This is Red00, in addition with my previous question, Can I forward my application in the same
Embassy, because the girl said to me last time that I can reapply my visa to another branch which is very far from me, I am in Leyte and I should apply in Cebu which is the location designated to our province. Is the embassy keep our records in there system? I was denied 10 days ago. Thank you and wish to read from you.

You should apply in Cebu which is designated to your province. Otherwise, you may get denied. Yes, the embassy will keep the application record. Even if you apply in another branch, the officers there can still see it through internet.
