filipino traveling from dubai to hong kong for a short vacation?

i'm a filipino also and i'm working here in dubai.. i'm planning to fly to hong kong to meet my friend. do i need to acquire a visa from here before flying to hong kong?

Philippines passport holders can stay in Hong Kong for up to 14 days without a visa for tourism purpose.
