With your non-spouse certificate, you need to apply for a tourist visa. After register your marriage in China, you can't apply for a residency visa. At first, the local exit-entry administrative bureau of public security bureau will just issue you a tourist visa (L visa) with a long stay duration, less than 6 months. If the marriage lasts for 2 or 3 years, it is possible for you to apply one year residency visa. But the residency visa doesn't allow you to work in China.
