About:China Visa Fees

I'm Nigerian, why my 5 months visa is changed into a 10 days visa?

sometime in october 2010 my nigeria international passport with the above stated number was destroyed by water in china and all efforts to salvage it proved unsuccessful.it became imperative that i replace it for which i traveled to malaysia to perfect.
A new passport was subsequently issued to me at the high commission of nigeria, kuala lumpur malaysia ,with which i sought to obtain the 5 months visa which was initially issued to me and stated on the damaged passport.when i subsequently sought to transfer the 5 months visa previously issued by the chinese and stated on my damaged passport to the new one,i was instructed to pay for the re-issue which i did. however, rather than transfer the 5 months visa, the 5 months was cancelled and a 10 days ultimatum to leave china was given to me instead without any reasons whatsoever nor was the money paid therefor refunded.
May i state categorically sir, that i came into china legally with a student visa and now possess a resident permit.A detailed background check will reveal that i have been a law abiding citizen and have never overstayed or committed any offence nor have i been involved in any illegal dealings since i arrival in china.More so,i am legally married to a daughter of chinese womam.
I further urge you sir, to use your good office to look into this matter expeditiously to ensure that my visa rectified and restored, to enable me return to my wife and my business in china.

sorry to tell you that nobody can help you, it is the decision of China embassy in Kl. You get a new Nigerian passport from the high commission of nigeria, kuala lumpur malaysia, then you want to transfer 5 months visa to your new passport through China embassy in KL. Right?

the visa rule for Nigerians is very strict, You've only yourself to blame. You make your passport damaged.
