Nobody can sure you can get a visa on arrival in Shenzhen, the decision is up to the immigration officer of Shenzhen. If you have been China, you hold a valid passport, the round-trip flight tickets and hotel booking in Shenzhen, it is greatly possible for you to get it.

Now you still have time to apply for a China visa in advance, you can obtain a China visa in Indonesia or Australia if you are afraid that the application will be denied.
