About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

My daughter has a visa card issued in Kazakhstan and would it be enough if I scan the card balance?

My daughter studies in Limkokwing in Malaysia and she is from Kazakhstan. She has Kazakhstan passport. My daughter is planning to visit her friends in China in November 25 and would like to fly to Shanghai from Kuala Lumpur and then in 10 days fly home to Kazakhstan for holidays. Can she apply for a Chineese single visa in Kuala Lumpur and what documents she must submit? She has valid visa card issued in Kazakhstan. Can I scan and send her from Kazakhstan the balance statement in USD of her visa card so she can submit to the application pakage as well? Please confirm.

2. completed Visa Application Form V.2011A and V.2011B
3. a recently-taken passport photo
4. the original and a copy of her Malaysia residence permit
5. you can send her the VISA Card issued in Kazakhstan with balance statement

She needs to submit the application to China Visa Application Service Center in KL.
