Please Advice ...to tour smoothly with my family in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Hong Kong

First I want to give my BIG-THANKS to CINDY and LIZ for their nice advice on my all inquiries. But, still I have some doubt / inquiry please guide me the following queries, then it will help me to tour smoothly with my family:

1. I am visiting Shenzhen from 25-09-2011 to 18-09-11. 25th sept. I will reach afternoon and 28th morning I will leave Shenzen. So, here I am getting complete 2-full days. In this 2-full days what are the activities can I do with my family (me, wife, 15-yrs son and 6-yrs daughter. Wonders of world will take one full day that we like to go on 26th and 27th Sept. we want to go some where out of Shenzhen and back in the night/late-evening. Please suggest which place will be better to visit for a single day tour from Shenzhen - Guangzhou or any other famous place because we have to come back to Shenzhen ?

2. We will reach Hong Kong on 28th Afternoon. 29th, 30th and 1st October we are getting 3-full days. In Hong Kong we wil stay at ORIENTAL LANDER HOTEL, Mongkok, Kowloon. We must go DISNEYLAND which will take one full day. Then we want to go to LANTAO, is it suggestable and how much time wil go to visit LANTAO, a full day or halfday ? One more day is left with us, what and where e can go ? All the selected places how to go from my hotel. Please guide.
