how can i get a 1 week tourist visa for hong kong?

dear madam/sir im a sri lankan citizen working here in saudi araba my name is denham roshan todd i tried applying for a visa here in saudi arabia but they denied it because they told me i need a sponsorship letter i just want to have a 1week tour and experience how do chinese people celebrates their new year kindly help me on how to acquire a 1week tourist visa to hong kong with out the sponsorship letter because i dont know anyone in hong kong i just want to travel and experience their chinese new year i dont have any intention of staying for a long time in there i just want to experience and see how to be in the cosmopolitan city of asia,thanks a lot and have a good day
