booking coffee or restaurant on the top of SWFC to have a nice evening in the next week.

hi, i planed to have a nice evening in the next weekend with my lover on the top of Shanghai World Financial Center, can you please tell me if there is any coffee or restaurant on that top, in which we can spend few hours looking over Shanghai? should we reserve a table before?
