How to fill the Business Visa Application Form Section 2?
2.5 Address(es) and phone number(s) during your stay in China listed in time sequence - I couldn't find Shenzhen from the scroll-down list. What can I do next? Detailed mailing address refers to conference venue or hotel address? Unable to continue the form because I am stuck here. Leaving for China on 3 Nov, so can I apply end September 2011? Please assist. Thank you.
