how to fill the business visa application form section 2?

Question

2.5 Address(es) and phone number(s) during your stay in China listed in time sequence - I couldn't find Shenzhen from the scroll-down list.  What can I do next?  Detailed mailing address refers to conference venue or hotel address? Unable to continue the form because I am stuck here. Leaving for China on 3 Nov, so can I apply end September 2011?  Please assist.  Thank you.

Yes, you can apply for China visa in September 2011 if you leave for China on November 3, 2011. You can list the hotel address in Shenzhen as the detailed mailing address.
