Carry-on baggage on bullet trains from shanghai to qufu

Question regards to carry-on baggage on bullet trains from shanghai to qufu. I have a luggage with the following measurements, is it within the allowance? 24 inches x 16 inches x 10 inches

Usually, one passenger is allowed to take 20 kg (44 pounds) baggage for free. There are no strict regulations about the baggage size. But it is stipulated that rod-shaped baggage should not exceed 200 cm in length.

Thanks for your replies; how much were the costs when you had to pay? Or in general, how much is the mail in mainland China? I am just wondering if the exceeding fees will be as expensive as in planes.
