What is the easiest way to travel from Linhai City to Nanning?

I suggest you take bullet train from Linhai to Hangzhou and then fly to your destination. No Direct transport runs between them.

Thank you Frank. But I prefer always to travel by train, so I was looking for the best path from Linhai to my destination directly. On several web sites I do see direct trains from Hangzhou South all the way to reach there directly (three trains every day, leaving in the evening: K181, K537, K959) but I'm trying to figure out a way to join one of these trains part way, so I don't have to go all the way North to Hangzhou, before just turning around again and going back south the same way I came, .... so... yes.... looking for a shorter path from Linhai to reach there directly, without having to first go to Hangzhou. Since there does appear to be three direct trains every day, there must be a good place to board one of those trains somewhere closer to Linhai, but I don't know China well enough to figure out where. Does anyone know the train paths well enough to have an idea?
