About:China Visa

What does it need for a kid to enter China except passport and visa?

we visit china with my son. we receive visa in china embassy in our country.
i am divorced, and son have a father last name.
if i must to take another documents to china or his passport is enough?
my son is 11 years old. i have permission of his father to visit all countries include china

Your son also needs a visa beside the passport to enter China. It doesn't matter he has his father's last name.
