How to get a China visa while I live in Korea?

Hello,

I am teaching English here in Incheon, South Korea. The hours for Visa application and pickup are very bad for me, as they are always when school is in session. Is there another way to get my Visa paperwork to the consulate? Also....So do I have to buy a plane ticket and book a hotel BEFORE I can apply for a Visa?

Third thing: I won't get my ARC until September 26th I believe. Will there still be time for a Visa to process by that Saturday October 1st? That is when I am hoping to leave

You can ask a travel agency designated by China embassy in Seoul to apply China tourist visa for you if you don't have time to submit the application. Yes, you have to buy a plane ticket and book a hotel before you apply for a China visa.

The time is very pressing to get a China visa by Saturday October 1. Once you get ARC on September 26, you have to submit the application to the travel agency as soon as possible, then it is possible for you to get a China visa on September 30. it takes 4 working days for processing. The embassy is open from September 26 to September 30.
