About:How to Choose China Train Ticket Types?

can postpone change the train ticket

I already booked the ticket of EMU train from Shanghai to Beijing via travel agency. Unfortunately, I got an accident and wanna to change the ticket. The travel agency told me that can’t change.
So, i want to confirm that the ticket can’t postpone. It’s true.

Hi, you could postpone your tickets’ departure date at Shanghai train station before your original train tickets’ leaving time. And your passport copy is also required.
