As i am INDIAN having F types Business VISA with 2 entries, Can i a Hong Kong trip for 5 days?

Yes, you can go to Hong Kong for 5 days trip. Indian passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 14 days.

If you have used one entry of your F visa, you can still use it to return to Mainland China from Hong Kong or other countries because there is still one entry left on your visa.
