About:Harbin Ice Festival

Can we see the snow sculptures in Harbin in Dec?

Hi, my friend and I are planning to reach Harbin around 19th Dec 2011. Are we able to see the snow sculptures by then? Even a few would be good. Also, any good cheap hotels for accommodation wise? Thank you!

possible to see at the end of December. The sculpture for the Ice festival haven't been totally done, but you can see a few in the city. Stay in the city center.
