Tiffany, I fail to understand your meaning, you are a Guyanese citizen, your boyfriend is Turkish and works in here, why do you want to apply for a resident visa for China?

The reasoning is noah is that he is planning on moving to china in the next two months to follow a promotion which takes him there. He would like me to go because we are actually currently engage of rencently like a month ago. So again is a possibly for me to obatin one to go with him because it seems as of now his job there will probably take a few years.

You can't obtain a resident type even though your boyfriend comes to work, you are not married, you can't apply for Dependent visa as his accompanying family member.

Your boyfriend can first get a work Z, then he can get a residence permit within 30 days after arrival. If you two get married, you can apply for dependent Z, then get a residence permit within 30 days after arrival.
