is tourist visa to china possible for mexican person with tourist visa in japan?

I don't have a Japanese long stay visa.  I have very little money but can get some in China helping a foreign friend. Can I get a tourist visa for China in Osaka without a return ticket and a hotel reservation in China? I can stay with my foreign friend.

If you will stay with your friend, then hotel reservation may not be required if your friend provide you an invitation letter enclosed with his/her valid address and contacts in China, a copy of his/her residence permit in China. But a return air ticket may be necessasy. I advise you contact the Consulate General of China in Osaka directly to get the facts directly.
