About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

as a tourist to china,do i need to submit a hotel booking?

since i do not know when the visa application will be processed ,how do i make my flight booking and hotel?

The hotel booking reservation from China may be required, but it all depends on the China Embassy. as to what you concern, I think it doesn;t matter, since it usually takes 4 working days to apply for a visa, and the visa is uusally valid for 30 days.
