Is Badaling Great Wall Night Lights Tour still on?

I heard that they sometimes have lights on the Badaling section at night and you can view them for a few hours sometimes. I am in Bejing at the end of September, and want to know if the lights will be on for either the 27th or 28th? Where can I join a tour or hire a private car & driver and the cost? thank you!
