Other requirements include:
1. A valid passport, as well as a copy of its information page. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months with a blank visa page.
2. Passport photos
3. Applicants applying for short-term study in China should also provide following additional documents:
(1) Admission Notice (original and copy);
(2) Visa Application for Study in China (Form JW-201/JW-202, original and copy, which indicates the period of study being less than 6 months).
