There are long-distance buses from Shanghai Pudong airport to Wuxi. The last one departs at 18:20 and it costs around CNY100 per person. Or, you could take the metro line 2 to Hongqiao station first from Pudong airport and then take a bullet train to Wuxi with around 1hr.
