what requirements for z visa application?

I'm applying for Z visa from Bangladesh. As this is a representative office in China i have got a workbook from the company and getting the Z visa imvitation lettr tomorrow.I  have also done my medical check up at China Bangla  medical centre at UTTARA.I will submit my workbook ,invitation letter ,medical certificate and the company original certificate.Please let me know is theree amything that i need to submit without the Form.please let me know.Thanks

Do you have the registration certification issued by the administrative authorities of industry and commerce in China? Besides the documents you mentioned, you also need to submit your passport, completed visa application form V.2011A and one passport photo. PS. What does the workbook refer to? As I know, the Z visa invitation letter, medical certificate and the registration certificate of this representative office are the necessary documents for Z visa application.
