express train from harbin to vladivostok

Question

Hi - I've read about a new express train that was in the test mode in November 2010, but can't find anymore info about it. We want to travel from Beijing, through Harbin, to Vladivostok in September 2012. What are our options? We will be connecting to the Trans Sib in Vladivostok, either leaving Sat. 9-1-2012 or Mon. Sept 3, 2012 on the Rossiya #01. We definitely want to travel by train only. Thanks

There are only a few direct coaches but no direct trains available to Vladivostok from Harbin. You are suggested to take a train to Suifenhe city first and then to Vladivostok by train or bus.
