About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

I am a taiwanese passport holder permanent resident of philippines. Can i travel to hk w/o visa?

Will stay 4 days to attend trade convention

No. You need a special Taiwanese ID passport issued by Mainland China government. The Chinese name of the specific pasport is "Tai Bao Zheng"

Do you have ROC ID card, if yes, you can apply "Tai Bao Zheng" through any travel agent in Taiwan.
