what is the easiest way to get from hk airport to shenzen airport?

I land at 12am at HK, and fly from Shenzen only at 20h00. Is it possible to check in luggage at Shenzen airport and then go to the shopping centres from the airport?

Ferry services between Shenzhen Airport Fuyong Port and HKIA SkyPier provide passengers with upstream checking in, baggage tagging through and departure tax refunding service.After 20:00, there are 2 ferries which depart at 20:30 and 21:20 from HK airport to Shenzhen airport.  It is OK to check in luggage at Shenzen airport and then go to the shopping centres from the airport.
