how can i obtain chinese tourist (l) visa in tokyo? what documentation i need?

I would greatly appreciate if someone can tell me how can I obtain Chinese tourist (L) visa in Tokyo? What documentation I need, if any, beside passport, photo and application form? I am Serbian citizen, currently in China, but I need to leave the country soon and apply for tourist visa in Japan. Thanks!

Besides your passport, photo and visa application forms, the previous China visa on your passport, the roudn-trip flight tickets are also required, however, I can't sure you will get a China tourist visa in Tokyo. It is complex to answer the visa application in a third country.
