how can I obtain Chinese tourist (L) visa in Tokyo? What documentation I need?

I would greatly appreciate if someone can tell me how can I obtain Chinese tourist (L) visa in Tokyo? What documentation I need, if any, beside passport, photo and application form? I am Serbian citizen, currently in China, but I need to leave the country soon and apply for tourist visa in Japan. Thanks!
