About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.
Is VISA still a requirement if i'll be visiting HongKong for 3 days only? (coming from Philippines)?

No, you don't need a visa to Hong Kong for 3 days visit. Philippines passport holders are exempt from a visa to Hong Kong for up to 14 days
