May I know how I can get a train ticket and schedule from Tibet to xinjiang then to Beijing?

May I find out the time traveling from Tibet Lhasa to xinjiang by train and xinjiang to Beijing. Please advice and thank you very much. I will be traveling on November 25 to Lhasa

There are no direct trains from Lhasa to Urumqi, Xinjiang. By train, you need to reach Lanzhou first and then to Xinjiang. From Urumqi to Beijing, one train T70 is operating daily.
